Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TagStorm, a Shopify app for bulk tagging products, orders, and customers. TagStorm is developed by Techra doo (the same company behind AdsLink Offline). By installing and using our app, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing TagStorm on your Shopify store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Description of Service

TagStorm provides Shopify-native tools including:

• Filter builders for products, orders, and customers
• Mandatory free dry-run preview (match count and sample)
• Async bulk add/remove of tags via Shopify Bulk Operations
• Per-job audit CSV and free undo from snapshot
• Run history and usage / plan metering

User responsibilities

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and access to Admin. TagStorm operates inside Shopify Admin under your store's permissions.

Filters and tag changes

You are responsible for filters and tag changes you run — including destructive remove jobs. Always review dry-run results before confirming. We surface per-record outcomes honestly, but we are not responsible for catalog or workflow impact from merchant-initiated jobs.

Compliance

You agree to use TagStorm in compliance with applicable law, Shopify's terms and policies, and third-party rights. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, meters, or fair-use controls, or to abuse the published monthly ceiling (fair use ≈ 1M records/mo; extreme volume may be throttled or moved to a custom arrangement).

Service availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Bulk jobs depend on Shopify APIs and Bulk Operations availability. Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

Payment terms

Payment for paid plans is processed through Shopify's billing system (Shopify App Pricing). Free and Pro allowances, usage rates, and the monthly ceiling are described on the pricing page. Usage is metered on net successful tag changes; dry-run and undo are free. Fees billed through Shopify are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices and allowances may change with notice via the app or listing; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance for new billing cycles. Uninstall cancels the subscription per Shopify's billing rules.

Data privacy

Our privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process shop, job, and (where approved) protected customer data only as needed to operate TagStorm and meet Shopify compliance requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagStorm and Techra doo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or catalog impacts from merchant-initiated tag jobs. Our total liability arising from the service in any month is limited to the fees you paid for TagStorm in that month (or zero if you are on Free).

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app or discontinuing the service. Upon termination, access ceases; outstanding amounts remain due. After uninstall, we honor Shopify shop/redact and related retention rules as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes may be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
